The CERTECH CTMODPPT is a dedicated crimping tool designed for terminating compatible 8P8C pass-through modular plugs, including the CERTECH JMPC6AUTP-100 Cat6A UTP Pass-Through Modular Plug.
During crimping, the tool secures the plug contacts and trims the conductors extending through the front of the modular plug. This helps produce a clean, consistent termination while reducing the number of separate steps required during cable preparation and assembly.
The tool also incorporates cable cutting and stripping functions, providing installers with a practical, compact solution for field termination, network maintenance and custom-length Ethernet cable assembly.
