The CERTECH Cat6A FTP Field Termination Plug with Snap-in Boot provides a practical, on-site solution for terminating shielded Cat6A data cable directly to an RJ45 plug. Designed for solid or stranded conductors, it is ideal where pre-terminated patch leads are impractical or where cable lengths need to be tailored during installation.
Its zinc die-cast, nickel-plated housing and integrated grounding contact support a screened connection for FTP cabling, while the snap-in boot provides cable support and a neat, robust finished termination. Supplied with a clear installation guide, the plug supports both T568A and T568B wiring configurations.
Suitable for field-made patch leads, equipment connections, CCTV, wireless access points, IP devices and other Cat6A shielded network applications.
