Wrapping up 2022, Thomas Boer finished the year on a high note, delivering an info session for the next generation of Installers. In a growing industry where we need fresh enthusiastic people entering our industry, what better way to inspire the up-and-coming generation than some real-world experience and examples? We look forward to supporting and motivating emerging talent in our industry with more events like this. By supporting these students and providing good opportunities and mentorship possibilities we can all contribute to a more rounded supportive community.
