The CERTECH Standard
More than products, it’s how we choose to do business.
Built on Principles
At CERTECH, we recognise that supply chains are complex, and ours is no exception. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to excellence, accountability, and meaningful progress.
Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments guide how we design, source, and deliver, ensuring the principles behind our products are as strong as their performance.
We partner only with suppliers who share our values and our dedication to continuous improvement. All partners are expected to meet or exceed Australian and international standards across health and safety, labour rights, and environmental stewardship.
Our supplier relationships are governed by a robust Code of Conduct that emphasises ethical and environmental standards. This includes expectations regarding fair working hours, freedom of association, environmental monitoring, and respectful and transparent workplace practices.
Because delivering quality isn’t just about the product, it’s about the principles behind it.
Beyond Compliance
At CERTECH, accountability doesn’t stop at procurement; it’s embedded in every partnership.
We take an active, hands-on approach to supplier oversight, ensuring our Code of Conduct is consistently upheld through regular communication, thorough documentation checks, and site visits as needed. If a supplier is unable to meet our expectations, we make the responsible choice to engage one who can.
Doing the right thing is non-negotiable for us, our partners, and the industries we serve.
Designed for Safety. Certified for Trust.
Every CERTECH component is engineered with safety and compliance at its core. Our products meet the requirements of AS/CA S008:2020, the mandatory safety standard for customer cabling in Australia, and are fully compliant with ACMA regulations.
We also align with international directives such as RoHS and REACH, which reduce environmental and health risks throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Many of our products are also certified by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA), an independent, not-for-profit organisation that verifies products meet rigorous environmental, health, and social impact criteria. This ensures our solutions support both human safety and sustainable outcomes.
From material selection to manufacturing and final certification, safety isn’t just a feature; it’s built into everything we do.
Corporate Social Responsibility
At CERTECH, we believe that good business is responsible business, for people, for communities, and the planet.
Our CSR approach focuses on ethical sourcing, local investment, environmental stewardship, and inclusive growth. We prioritise partnerships with suppliers who uphold human rights and fair labour practices, and wherever possible, we support Australian manufacturing
and community-led development.
As an APCO member, we actively contribute to national packaging recovery targets. We also foster inclusive workplaces that embrace diversity across culture, gender, age, ability, and thought, because meaningful progress demands a diversity of perspectives.
Sustainability, integrity, and transparency are embedded in our daily operations and in everything we do.
Engineering with Integrity
We understand that the products we design and deliver help shape the digital infrastructure of tomorrow, from schools and hospitals to critical public services.
At CERTECH, we go beyond compliance to reduce environmental impact, eliminate hazardous materials, drive innovation in packaging, and invest in local partnerships that create lasting value.
By enabling safe, scalable, and standards-compliant connectivity, our technology plays a crucial yet often overlooked role in democratising access to information, helping to level the playing field by supporting learning, communication, and economic opportunities in all kinds of communities.
Because our responsibility doesn’t end with the product, it begins with how we choose to do business.
